- From our homepage, click the button labeled "Login" in the top, right corner.
- Choose the option labeled "Register your gift".
- You will need one of the tracking numbers from your shipment. These can be found on the shipping boxes, as well as your welcome email.
- If you cannot locate your shipping label, please contact us and we will be happy to find it for you.
- Simply enter the tracking number in the space provided and follow the instructions on the screen.
Why do we need a credit card?
The Right Angle Sharpening Service is a unique kind of sharpening service. We will be shipping an identical set of knives to you before we ask that you return your current set. This ensures that you always have sharp knives in your kitchen.
For this reason, we ask to have a credit card on file. Don't worry, you have 30 days to return your second set of knives. If there are any circumstances under which you would need longer than 30 days, simply contact us. Further details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
